Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each piece is carefully sourced and inspected before shipping.
Shipping Times We ship to the United States only. Standard shipping takes 12-18 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate
- Orders $50 and above: FREE shipping
Tracking All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Customs & Duties Most orders ship duty-free under US de minimis rules. In the rare case customs fees apply, they're the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at support@siptrick.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
